QA (Quality Assurance) Lead is responsible for leading the planning, design, execution, and reporting of testing efforts to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.
This role involves overseeing the QA team, defining quality standards, collaborating with development teams, and managing testing processes throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
The QA Lead plays a critical role in delivering high-quality software that meets business and user expectations.
Direct and coordinate all QA activities across multiple projects, ensuring thorough test coverage and adherence to established standards and processes.
Develop test strategies, test plans, and test cases based on business and technical requirements.
Manage a team of QA testers, provide guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Work closely with developers, business analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality goals and deliverables.
Define and implement automation frameworks and strategies where applicable, ensuring efficient and repeatable test execution.
Skill
Proven experience as a QA Lead or Senior QA Analyst in software testing.
Selenium
Strong SQL
Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and agile practices
