We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Lead to oversee and enhance our
quality assurance processes. The role involves leading the QA team, improving
testing strategies, driving automation, and ensuring high-quality product
delivery in a fast-paced development environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the QA team, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
- Define and implement QA strategies, processes, and best practices
- Drive test planning, test case design, execution, and defect management
- Ensure proper test coverage across functional, regression, and integration testing
- Promote and expand automation testing across projects
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality validation
- Explore and implement AI-based testing approaches (test case generation, test data, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for defects and improve quality processes
- Track and report QA metrics (defect leakage, test coverage, execution status)
- Ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+years of experience in Software Testing / QA
- Strong knowledge of manual and automation testing
- Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, Postman, Rest assured API Automation Handson experience in java.
- Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (JIRA, etc.)
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, etc.)
- Exposure to AI-based testing tools is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and leadership abilities
