Job Summary
Lead and manage the quality function to ensure all footwear products meet company and customer standards through robust systems, process control, and team excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an effective Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO standards.
- Define and monitor quality KPIs, driving continuous improvement across production and sourcing.
- Lead, train, and motivate the QA/QC team to uphold quality standards.
- Oversee audits and inspections from raw materials to finished goods.
- Approve materials and samples ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Manage customer complaints using root cause and corrective action methodologies.
- Collaborate with design, production, and sourcing teams to resolve and prevent quality issues.
- Audit and manage suppliers/vendors for consistent quality performance.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure adherence to international safety and testing standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Footwear Technology or related field with 10+ years QA leadership experience in footwear manufacturing. Strong knowledge of QMS, ISO, and QA tools (RCA, Lean Six Sigma etc.) essential.
