About The Role
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in Client UAT testing, particularly in banking, fintech, or loyalty platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to enterprise-grade applications, on-premise environments, and a deep understanding of validating solutions against business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Client UAT (User Acceptance Testing) aligned with business and functional requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and clients to ensure end-to-end validation of features
- Design, execute, and document test scenarios, test cases, and test reports
- Validate banking/fintech applications, especially loyalty or rewards platforms
- Work in on-premise environments and manage deployments/testing cycles
- Identify, log, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution
- Ensure quality standards for enterprise-scale applications
- Support release cycles and production validations
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in QA/testing roles
- Strong experience in Client UAT testing
- Hands-on experience with banking or fintech applications
- Exposure to loyalty/rewards platforms is highly preferred
- Experience in enterprise application testing environments
- Familiarity with on-premise testing setups
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction

- Experience with AI tools in QA/testing workflows (automation, test generation, analysis, etc.)
