About The Role
Own the quality function for a high-stakes trading platform where every defect carries direct financial risk. As Senior QA Engineer, you will define our test strategy, own QA processes across the release lifecycle, and shape a quality culture that scales with the platform.

Own the quality function for a high-stakes trading platform where every defect carries direct financial risk. As Senior QA Engineer, you will define our test strategy, own QA processes across the release lifecycle, and shape a quality culture that scales with the platform.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Define and own end-to-end QA strategy across manual and automated testing
- Drive test-process design for product releases, from planning through go-live
- Design and maintain automation frameworks across UI, API, and load testing
- Own release qualification, risk assessment, and go/no-go decisions
- Partner with engineering to shift testing left and embed QA in CI/CD
- Design test data, mocks, and simulators for market-data and order flows
- Mentor and grow junior QA engineers; own the QA hiring bar
- Lead root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions for production incidents
- 5–8 years of hands-on QA experience combining manual and automation
- Strong ownership of QA processes across full product release cycles
- Deep experience with UI automation — Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
- API testing expertise — Postman, RestAssured, or Karate
- Load and performance testing — JMeter, k6, or Locust
- Strong SQL for test data setup, validation, and analysis
- Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines and defect-tracking tools (Jira, TestRail)
- Prior experience mentoring and growing junior QA engineers
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience in trading, fintech, or financial-services QA
- Understanding of exchange protocols, order lifecycles, and market-data testing
- Security testing exposure — OWASP Top 10, penetration testing fundamentals
- ISTQB Advanced or equivalent certifications
- Scripting proficiency in Go, Java, or Python for custom test tooling
- Exposure to chaos engineering and reliability testing
- Prior work on regulated platform QA — SEBI, RBI, or DPDP context
- Own the quality function of a critical trading platform end-to-end
- Shape the QA organization from the ground up
- Modern tooling and mature CI/CD culture
