Job Description

  • Define and implement QA strategy for Salesforce projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce integrations).
  • Lead end-to-end testing lifecycle: requirement analysis, test planning, test case design, execution, defect management, and reporting.
  • Perform manual functional, regression, integration, and UAT support testing.
  • Validate retail business processes such as order management, promotions, pricing, returns, loyalty programs, and omnichannel journeys.
  • Ensure eCommerce integrations (payment gateways, ERP, OMS, third-party systems) are thoroughly tested.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, DevOps, and Product Owners to ensure requirement traceability and coverage.
  • Mentor and guide QA team members; review test artifacts and enforce QA best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement in test automation coverage and defect prevention.
  • Prepare QA reports, metrics, and quality dashboards for stakeholders.
  • 3+ years of QA experience with at least 2+ years in Salesforce testing.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Strong experience in Manual Testing across Salesforce implementations.
  • Experience in Retail industry projects (pricing, promotions, inventory, returns, loyalty).
  • Experience in eCommerce implementations including checkout flows, cart management, payment integrations, and order lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, workflows, flows, validation rules, and integrations.
  • Experience testing APIs and integrations (REST/SOAP).
  • Strong defect management and test management tool experience (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail).
  • Ability to lead QA activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of performance and security testing in Salesforce ecosystems.
  • Experience working in Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud testing
  • API Testing tools (Postman or similar)
  • SOQL basics for data validation
  • Test management and defect tracking tools
  • Retail and eCommerce domain understanding
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
