We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join the CLEAR product team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our enterprise-grade media workflow solutions. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and DevOps teams to define test strategies, build automated test suites, and ensure seamless releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for CLEAR & CLEARAI modules.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, JUnit, Browserstack or Playwright.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across web and cloud-based applications.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to test strategy and best practices.
- Work closely with DevOps to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Stay updated on emerging QA tools, trends, and AI-driven testing approaches.
Required Qualifications
- 610 years of experience in software QA, with at least 3 years in automation.
- Strong experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Browserstack).
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or Python for scripting automated tests.
- Experience testing RESTful APIs using tools like Postman or RestAssured.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with media workflows, video streaming, or digital asset management systems.
- Exposure to AI/ML-based testing tools or interest in AI-driven quality engineering.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
- ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
