Responsibilities
- Close collaboration with other delivery teams, technical support teams, and business stakeholders.
- Develop end-to-end testing strategies and prepare test plans through the use of quality processes and methodologies.
- Create tests to identify software problems.
- Analyze bugs and errors found during tests.
- Document the results of tests for the software development team.
- Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience.
- Motivate the development process for efficiency and performance.
- Works together with the software development team to enhance and improve the quality of the software.
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements.
Requirements
- B. Tech, B. E., MCA.
- Proven experience as a manual and automation tester.
- Good debugging skills and troubleshooting.
- Experience in one or more of the following: Java, JavaScript, Node.js, Intern, or Selenium.
- Experience in CI/CD, agile methodologies, and cloud services (AWS preferred).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Hands-on experience with shell scripting.
- Experience in system functional and performance testing.
- Experience in version control systems (GIT, SVN) and bug tracking tools (Bugzilla, Jira).
