Senior QA Engineer - LS

What you'll Do

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be a key member of the client-facing testing team , contributing to:

• Leading performance and functional validation efforts for scalable enterprise applications
• Driving and implementing test strategies for functional and non-functional testing
• Mentoring and guiding junior team members on automation, test planning, and execution
• Collaborating with architects and product owners to gather requirements and define comprehensive test plans
• Identifying and addressing system bottlenecks and performance issues
• Developing new frameworks, tools, and strategies to improve automation and performance testing efficiency
• Contributing to system scalability, reliability, and capacity initiatives

What you'll Bring

Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in QA, with a strong focus on performance, automation, and system validation
• Proven track record in leading complex test initiatives and working with cross-functional stakeholders

Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and proficiency in Java or Python (must be able to code)
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and database performance
• Experience with performance testing tools and frameworks
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines (eg, Jenkins), version control (Git), and scripting (PowerShell or Shell)
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB and backend data validation
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and their scalability/capacity management
• Excellent analytical skills and a strong problem-solving mindset
