Louisa AI helps relationship-driven firms win deals through warm introductions and intelligent signals across their networks. We're now introducing a formal QA function to strengthen release quality as our product scales.
The Opportunity
You'll own the QA process end-to-end designing structured test cases, maintaining a dedicated QA environment, and driving smart automation for stable features. This role blends hands-on testing, process ownership, and close collaboration with Product, GTM, and Engineering.
What You'll Own
- Lead system and regression testing in a dedicated QA environment
- Define and document test cases, traceability, and defect reporting
- Write and maintain comprehensive test cases covering positive and negative scenarios
- Perform backend testing by querying relational and non-relational databases
- Run smoke / SEV-1 checks in production
- Automate stable flows using Playwright / Cypress / Cucumber
- Review test scenarios with Product & GTM to align with business logic
- Mentor junior testers and guide overall QA discipline
What We're Looking For
- 37 years in QA with strong manual and automation experience
- Proven ability to write clear, structured test cases and documentation
- * Ability to write SQL queries to validate data integrity, perform backend testing, and support root cause analysis by querying relational databases
- Clear written communication and structured documentation
- Comfort with multi-environment pipelines (Dev QA Non-Prod Prod)
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS and data-heavy systems preferred
