Senior QA Engineer

AI-Enabled Loan Origination System (LOS) Testing

Function: Information Technology

Experience: 5 – 8 years

ROLE PURPOSE

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with 5–8 years of experience to test an AI-enabled Loan Origination System (LOS).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform functional, integration, regression, API, database, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate complete loan journeys, including onboarding, KYC, credit assessment, eligibility, scorecards, BRE rules, approvals, sanction, and disbursement.
• Test agentic and conversational workflows for accuracy, context handling, consistency, fallback behaviour, guardrails, and audit trails.
• Validate integrations with CIBIL, Experian, CKYC, eKYC, GST, Account Aggregator, DigiLocker, CBS, and other third-party systems.
• Prepare test scenarios, test cases, synthetic test data, traceability, defect reports, and test completion reports.
• Perform backend validation using SQL and support test automation.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Strong knowledge of loans, lending processes, and LOS applications.
• Experience in API testing, SQL, BRE/decision-engine validation, and Agile delivery.
• Understanding of FOIR, LTV, DPD, credit bureau, eligibility, scorecards, KYC, collateral, sanction, and disbursement.
• Experience with Jira, Postman, Playwright, Selenium, Tosca, or similar tools.
• Exposure to AI/agentic application testing is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
