Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Senior QA Engineer with strong proficiency in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience testing web and mobile applications, strong analytical and problemsolving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fastpaced team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead for automation initiatives and testing solutions.
- Design and develop core components of test automation frameworks.
- Mentor Software Engineers and QA Engineers on automation best practices.
- Conduct technical training sessions, design/code reviews, and troubleshoot automation issues.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Quality Assurance to define testing needs.
- Partner with Engineering to align automation priorities with overall testing strategy.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of handson experience in manual and automation testing within an enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of concepts and technologies used in webbased applications.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in Agile, fastpaced product development settings.
- Proven ability to meet demanding deadlines and production schedules.
- Experience implementing new tools or methodologies.
- Work hours: 4 PM to 1 AM.

- Jira (issue tracking)
- Selenium / Playwright (automation)
- Python / TypeScript
- JMeter (load testing)
- Postman (API testing)
- Jenkins (release management)
- TestRail (test case management)
