Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to strengthen our quality engineering practices and ensure reliable, high-quality releases across web and mobile platforms. This role enhances delivery confidence by driving end-to-end quality through deep functional validation, automation, API reliability, performance testing, and CI/CD-integrated testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute functional, exploratory, integration and regression testing across platforms.
- Design real-world test scenarios to validate business workflows and edge cases.
- Develop automation (Java/Python) to improve regression efficiency and coverage.
- Perform API and integration testing to ensure service reliability.
- Conduct load & performance testing to evaluate scalability and latency.
- Validate mobile applications using Appium and cross-device testing tools.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and release readiness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve quality and reduce production risk.
- Drive continuous quality improvements using automation, metrics, and modern testing practices.
Technical Expertise
Automation: Java or Python, Appium, Selenium
API Testing: Postman / REST tools
Performance: JMeter, BlazeMeter (or similar)
Platforms: Mobile & Web
Tools: Jira, Git, BrowserStack
CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent
What We're Looking For
- 3-6 Years of experience in software testing.
- Strong manual testing depth with an automation mindset (50–75%).
- Expertise in API, performance, and mobile testing.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- High ownership mindset with a focus on quality and user experience.
- Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
