Job Roles & Responsibilities: -- Lead automation testing for financial applications (trading, payments, risk systems).
- Design & implement automation frameworks (API, backend, UI).
- Perform non-functional testing (performance, load, stress, security, reliability).
- Validate financial transactions, data integrity & reporting accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations (PCI DSS, GDPR).
- Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) with DevOps.
- Conduct root cause analysis & defect resolution.
- Mentor junior QAs and enforce best practices.
- Maintain detailed test cases, results & compliance documentation.
Job Skills & Requirements: -Education & Experience
- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years in QA automation, with 2+ years in finance domain.
Technical Skills
- Expertise in automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.).
- Hands-on with performance/load testing (JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Knowledge of ISO 8583, XML, JSON, financial systems testing.
- Experience with cloud (AWS, Azure), Docker, Kubernetes.
- Strong in data security, encryption, penetration testing.
Other Skills
- Familiar with regulatory compliance testing.
- ISTQB or equivalent certification.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical & communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
