Senior QA Engineer at Ariveguru Technology Solutions JOB DESCRIPTION : We are seeking a Senior QA + DevOps Engineer with significant AI exposure to join our engineering leadership team. This role demands a strong foundation in advanced software testing and DevOps practices, proven expertise building and scaling automation frameworks, and the ability to leverage AI prompting skills for enhanced test strategy — alongside critical people and client management abilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Test Strategy & Framework Architecture: Architect, design, and govern robust, scalable, maintainable automated test frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, or equivalent)
- AI-Enhanced Testing: Utilize advanced AI prompting skills and tools for complex test case generation, data synthesis, and predictive quality analysis
- People & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and technically guide junior QA engineers, ensuring high-quality standards and professional development across the team
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as primary quality liaison for US clients, managing expectations, presenting quality reports, and proactively addressing critical concerns
- DevOps & CI/CD Governance: Optimize and manage CI/CD pipelines, ensure best practices for AWS deployments, and govern infrastructure as code (CloudFormation/Terraform)
- Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Maintain high-standard test documentation and architectural blueprints, including formal documentation of AI-prompting methodologies
- Security & Compliance Leadership: Champion and enforce stringent security, privacy, and industry standards, particularly for healthcare applications Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in software testing, with at least 2+ years dedicated to test automation architecture and implementation
- Proven expertise designing and implementing automated test cases for complex web and mobile applications
- Demonstrated skill in AI prompting for testing workflows; experience with AI-based testing tools or assisted test case generation preferred
- Exceptional client interaction management skills, particularly with US clients, and proven ability in people management or technical team leadership
- Strong hands-on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS deployment, including working knowledge of serverless architecture
- Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Python or JavaScript) for test automation and utility development
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Expertise in API testing and database validation via DB scripts Preferred Skills :
- Experience in test framework architecting from scratch or re-engineering existing frameworks
- Hands-on experience in scripting and job scheduling (e.g., Jenkins, AWS Step Functions, or similar) for automated operations
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira and Zendesk
- Knowledge of multiple cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
