General Summary
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior QA Engineer with strong testing fundamentals and automation expertise using Selenium and Java, along with API testing using Rest Assured. The role demands hands-on experience in platform and compatibility testing, modern APIs including GraphQL, and enterprise platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Salesforce. Exposure to AI-enabled features and intelligent platforms is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and Development teams to understand business and technical requirements.
- Lead end-to-end functional, system, integration, regression, and compatibility testing across browsers, devices, and platforms.
- Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and Java.
- Perform API automation and validation using Rest Assured, including positive, negative, boundary, and security scenarios.
- Validate GraphQL APIs including schema validation, query/mutation testing, and response verification.
- Execute platform compatibility testing across multiple browsers, operating systems, devices, and environments.
- Perform comprehensive testing on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM):
- Author, Publish, Dispatcher flows
- Component, template, workflow, and content validation
- Integration testing with downstream systems
- Lead Salesforce testing initiatives, including:
- Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Revenue Cloud
- Functional, regression, and UAT testing
- Validation of configurations, workflows, reports, and integrations
- Support Salesforce automation initiatives using Selenium/Java (and APIs where applicable).
- Build and Test AI-driven and intelligent tool, focusing on:
- Functional correctness
- Rule execution and recommendations
- Regression impact of AI model changes
- Track, log, and manage defects using tools such as JIRA / HP ALM, ensuring closure with quality standards.
- Provide test status reports, defect metrics, and quality insights to stakeholders.
- Support UAT and Production validation during releases.
- Collaborate effectively with global teams (US / India).
- 7–10 years of overall QA/testing experience with strong grounding in testing concepts, STLC, and defect management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium automation using Java.
- Solid experience in API testing and automation using Rest Assured.
- Experience testing GraphQL APIs.
- Strong experience in compatibility testing (cross-browser, cross-device, OS).
- Hands-on experience testing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platforms.
- Proven experience in Salesforce testing, especially:
- Sales Cloud
- Experience Cloud
- Revenue Cloud
- Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
OR
5+ years of IT-relevant work experience without a Bachelor's degree.
