About Position:
As a QA+ Data Engineer, you will have the opportunity to be a member of a focused team dedicated to helping to make the health care system work better for everyone. Here, you'll partner with some of the smartest people you've ever worked with to design solutions to meet a wide range of health consumer needs.

What You'll Do:
- ETL & Data Pipeline Testing
- Design, develop, and execute test cases for ETL workflows and data pipelines
- Perform detailed source-to-target data validation, data profiling, and transformation checks
- Validate data quality, completeness, accuracy, and integrity across multiple datasets
- Test data ingestion from various structured/unstructured sources
- Databricks Testing
- Understand and test Databricks notebooks, Delta Lake tables, Spark jobs
- Validate transformation logic implemented using PySpark/Spark SQL
- Perform data reconciliation between raw, bronze, silver, and gold layers
- Quality Assurance & Test Execution
- Create and maintain test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Identify, log, track, and verify defects
- Validate end-to-end pipeline execution in development, QA, and production environments
- Support data engineers in debugging data inconsistencies
- Collaboration & Documentation
- Work closely with data engineering, BI, and product teams
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide clear QA status updates
- Maintain strong documentation for datasets, test cases, and validation results
