About Position:
We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong exposure to web and mobile application testing, modern automation frameworks, and AI driven testing approaches. This role requires a hands on, proactive professional who thrives in fast paced Agile environments and is passionate about improving test efficiency, coverage, and maturity automation through the adoption of AI assisted tools and practices.

What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile applications
- Build, enhance, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright and/or Selenium
- Perform API automation testing and validation to ensure backend service quality
- Apply AI based testing tools and techniques to improve test efficiency and coverage
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams to ensure high quality delivery
- Identify, document, and track defects with clear details and supporting evidence
- Continuously improving test processes, automation strategies, and overall QA maturity
- Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies and support early quality adoption in the SDLC
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in testing web and mobile applications
- Strong programming experience in Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Proven expertise in UI automation using Playwright and/or Selenium
- Hands on experience in API automation testing
- Practical exposure to AI adoption in testing and automation
- Experience working with AI assisted coding/testing tools such as Codex and/or Cline
- Strong experience designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks
- Solid understanding of testing fundamentals, SDLC, and STLC
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (good to have)
- Exposure to cloud based testing or containerized environments (good to have)
- Knowledge of performance or security testing concepts (good to have)
- Strong problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills
