Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end QA for web, mobile, API, and AI/GenAI components.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using JavaScript-based tools (Cypress, Playwright, WebdriverIO, Katalon with Java).
- Execute manual, regression, exploratory, integration, and cross-browser/cross-platform testing (BrowserStack or similar).
- Validate AI workflows, multi-turn conversations, and response accuracy.
- Perform API testing (Postman, REST Assured), database (SQL), and integration testing.
- Conduct performance and load testing using JMeter, K6, or LoadRunner.
- Ensure requirement traceability and maintain RTM; define and track QA metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into test deliverables.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure QA process compliance.
- Maintain test artifacts in Jira and Confluence.
- Support CI/CD pipeline integration (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and automation execution.
- Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery).
Required Skills & Expertise:
- 610 years experience testing enterprise web and mobile applications.
- Strong automation experience using JavaScript-based frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, WebdriverIO) and Katalon Studio with Java.
- Manual testing expertise including regression, exploratory, integration, and AI workflow testing.
- Cross-browser and cross-platform testing experience (BrowserStack or similar).
- REST API testing and SQL knowledge.
- Experience with performance/load testing tools (JMeter, K6, LoadRunner).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.
- Ability to operate in dual mode (Manual + Automation).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
