Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer to lead automation strategy across API, UI, workflow, performance, and ML/AI testing for our enterprise AI product.

You will work closely with backend, frontend, ML, and DevOps teams to ensure product reliability, scalability, and high-quality releases.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build robust automation frameworks for API, UI, regression, and end-to-end testing

Develop API automation suites using Postman, Newman, Swagger/OpenAPI

Build UI automation using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress

Implement performance and load testing using tools like JMeter, Gatling, or Locust

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)

Create smoke tests, monitoring scripts, and automated health checks

Develop ML/AI testing frameworks for OCR accuracy, extraction validation, and model drift detection

Collaborate with engineering teams to improve quality, reliability, and testing standards

Required Skills

Strong experience in Test Automation (58 years)

Scripting experience with Python / JavaScript / Bash / PowerShell

API Automation: Postman, Newman, Swagger/OpenAPI

UI Automation: Selenium / Playwright / Cypress

CI/CD Integration: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps

Performance Testing: JMeter / Gatling / Locust

Experience testing microservices-based architectures

Good to Have

Experience with AI/ML testing tools (Deepchecks, EvidentlyAI, Great Expectations)

Exposure to OCR, AI document processing, or workflow automation systems

Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP environments

Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes

QA certifications such as ISTQB
