Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for Telecom domain applications.
- Lead and guide a team of test analysts, ensuring adherence to testing best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely issue resolution.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium with Java/Python.
- Perform risk analysis and prioritize testing efforts based on impact and complexity.
- Create and manage test cases, test scripts, and detailed test reports for each project.
- Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution in collaboration with development teams.
- Execute API testing using Postman and validate endpoints via REST API calls.
- Implement BDD frameworks using Cucumber to enhance collaboration between QA, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure the delivery of high-quality releases within project timelines.
- Continuously optimize and enhance automation coverage and testing processes.
- Stay updated with emerging testing tools, technologies, and trends to drive innovation within the QA practice.
Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in Java and Selenium WebDriver.
- Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman and RESTful services.
- Familiarity with BDD frameworks like Cucumber.
- Experience in automation frameworks (hybrid, data-driven, keyword-driven).
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (e.g., Git).
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
