Senior QA AI Engineer

• About the role We is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance to drive the transformation of quality engineering practices through AI integration and modern testing methodologies. This role requires a strategic leader who can combine strong QA expertise with AI-powered testing tools to improve product quality, accelerate delivery, and enhance overall engineering efficiency. The ideal candidate will lead innovation in quality processes, promote agile and automation-first practices, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable and high-performing QA solutions.

What You Will Do

● Design and implement AI-powered QA strategies leveraging machine learning for predictive quality analytics, automated test generation, and intelligent defect prediction.

● Build next-generation automation frameworks with self-healing scripts, intelligent test prioritization, and adaptive test coverage analysis.

● Develop AI-driven quality dashboards and insights for data-driven decisionmaking, risk forecasting, and continuous improvement.

● Lead adoption of modern agile methodologies tailored for AI-enhanced development cycles, including DevOps integration and continuous testing practices.

● Implement streamlined QA processes that accelerate time-to-market while maintaining strong quality gates through intelligent automation.

● Collaborate closely with development, product, and operations teams to embed quality across the SDLC.

● Champion a quality at speed culture where rapid delivery and engineering excellence coexist.

● Drive experimental initiatives exploring emerging AI technologies, tools, and innovative QA methodologies.

● Mentor and coach QA engineers on AI-powered testing tools, modern automation practices, and adaptive delivery models.

What You Bring

● Hands-on experience with AI-powered testing platforms such as Testim, Mabl, Applitools, Functionize, or similar intelligent automation solutions.

● Strong expertise in modern automation frameworks including Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and Appium.

● Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, containerization, and cloud-native testing environments. ● Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript for automation and AI integration.

● 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with 2+ years in a leadership role.

● 3+ years of hands-on experience working with AI-driven testing tools and methodologies.

● Proven track record of implementing modern agile ways of working in fastpaced engineering environments.

● Experience leading quality engineering transformation and innovation initiatives.

● Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate quality metrics into actionable insights.

● Ability to anticipate industry trends and position QA as a strategic business advantage.

● Proven capability in driving organizational change and innovation adoption.

● Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

● Experience with predictive analytics, AI-assisted defect management, and intelligent reporting solutions.

● Exposure to cloud platforms and scalable enterprise testing ecosystems.

● Familiarity with performance, security, and API automation testing in AIdriven environments.
