- This role is for Technology Research and Development team whose main goal is to work on important, tricky and yet unsolved challenges in Banking technology.
- As an Engineer you are responsible for digging into complex banking processes, technologies and help solve with designing, developing significant components of engineering solutions to accomplish business goals. You are pretty much working on an individual basis and solving problems

Your Key Responsibilities
- As part of the DB's GenAI Platform team, you'll develop and deploy strategies to accelerate internal development teams adoption across functional verticals.
- You'll work directly with key customers on GenAI inference, helping them adopt and scale large-scale workloads, conduct performance evaluations, and develop demos and GTM plans.
- Solution Architects are technologists with deep domain expertise and business development acumen to solve tenants most complex challenges through scalable, flexible technical architectures.
- SSAs guide customers through application refactoring and cloud-based system designs while handling account planning and opportunity pursuit, bringing valuable insights to product teams and strengthening the roadmap.
- Drive business development through tenant sourcing, pipeline building, and technical proof-of-concept requirements with internal customers
- Develop and execute GTM plans by working directly with customers to understand business problems and implement scalable GenAI solutions
- Develop cloud-based GenAI solutions enabling customers to build and deploy workloads on internal and external compute platforms
- Create technical architectures, content, and enablement materials to train field teams and establish thought-leadership
- Collaborate with tenant teams, research scientists, platform teams and model providers to drive implementations and innovation
- Communicate GenAI potential and technical challenges to engineering teams and C-Level executives, leveraging expertise in GPU based compute infrastructure and ML frameworks
- Identify cross-industry patterns and trends to accelerate innovation and represent best practices to customers and partners
- Working with diverse teams across the organization and patience are key
- Fast prototyping using Python/NodeJS/ReactJS or programming language that the given problem asks for
- Collaborating with others to understand requirements
- clean code and refactor constantly. Make sure we are building the thing right.
- Be ready to work on a range of technologies and components, including user interfaces, services and databases. Act as a generalizing specialist.
- Ensure that the software you build is reliable and easy to support in production. Be prepared to take your turn on call providing 3rd line support when it's needed
- Help the team to build, test and release software within short lead times and with minimum of waste. Work to develop and maintain a highly automated Continuous Delivery pipeline.
Your Skills And Experience
- ML and using GenAI to solve problems
- Good experience in Python, NodeJS, ReactJS, Java
- Agentic Framework experience is an added advantage
- Experience using LLMs, ML algorithms of NLP, random-forest or other algos
- Experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
- Experience in SQL and noSQL Databases
