What you will do:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python and Django.
- Take ownership of backend modules and deliver solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements, clarify technical aspects, provide updates, and ensure successful delivery.
- Lead and coordinate with a small team of developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and support.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Work on LLM/AI-based integrations, including integrating LLM APIs into business applications and developing AI-driven features.
- Design and implement efficient database solutions using relational databases such as MySQL/PostgreSQL.
- Containerize applications using Docker and work with containerized development/deployment environments.
- Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement reliable and scalable fixes.
- Write unit tests and ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to development best practices.

- Practical experience with Docker and containerization.
