Key Responsibilities

Requirements

7-10 years of experience in software development with a focus on Python

Proven experience in team leadership and managing technical teams

Demonstrated ability to define and execute technical strategy

Strong experience in stakeholder management and communication

Ability to conduct performance reviews and provide mentorship

In-depth knowledge of full stack development practices and methodologies

Experience in agile development environments
