We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with 6–10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI, along with solid experience in databases, APIs, and data processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust Python-based applications and services.
• Build scalable REST APIs and microservices using Django, Flask, and FastAPI.
• Work with structured and unstructured data using Pandas for data analysis and processing.
• Develop and optimize search solutions using Elasticsearch.
• Design and manage databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL-based systems.
• Write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, QA, and product teams.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards are followed.
• Deploy and support applications in production environments.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python Programming.
• Hands-on experience with Django, Flask, and FastAPI.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and backend architecture.
• Experience with Pandas for data manipulation and analytics.
• Strong knowledge of Elasticsearch.
• Expertise in PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Queries, and Database Optimization.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker / Kubernetes.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of caching tools like Redis.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.

Education

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
