Job Description

Role: Senior Python Developer

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 8+ Years

Required Skills: Python, FastAPI, GCP, BigQuery and PostreSQL

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python and FastAPI
Build and manage RESTful APIs for seamless integration with frontend applications and third party services
Develop, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL databases, ensuring efficient data storage, retrieval, and performance tuning
Design and implement data solutions using Google BigQuery for analytics and reporting requirements
Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services
Ensure high performance, scalability, reliability, and security of backend systems
Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices (OAuth, JWT, etc.)
Collaborate with frontend developers, data engineers, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications to improve performance and stability
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices
Support CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps and deployment processes
Participate in testing, code reviews, and quality assurance activities
