Senior Python Developer-AI agentic Transformation

Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Python Developer-AI agentic Transformation with 8+ years of strong Python experience building REST APIs, back-end services and data pipelines (the entire CMA platform is Python).

Requirements

• Hands-on AWS experience across S3, Aurora, Step Functions, AWS Glue, Lambda, and EventBridge.
• Experience building and porting ETL / data-processing pipelines (Apache Beam, Flink, or Spark on EMR / Glue).
• Experience with relational databases and data modeling (Aurora / PostgreSQL).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes / ECS, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
• Comfort reading and porting existing code rather than greenfield building, and parity-testing output against a source system.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Set up and run the platform in an AWS sandbox, following the Delivery Lead's design.
• Build and maintain Python back-end services and REST APIs on AWS.
• Work hands-on with core AWS services — S3, Aurora (PostgreSQL), Lambda, Glue, and Step Functions.
• Build data pipelines and workflow orchestration using Step Functions and Glue.
• Containerize services and support CI/CD for reliable, repeatable deployments.
• Contribute to Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) to provision environments.
• Add logging, metrics, and tracing to monitor and troubleshoot the platform.
• Write clean, secure, well-tested code and collaborate through code reviews and design discussions.
