Required Skills:
Very strong proficiency in Python, with excellent coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Deep hands-on experience with Python backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask
Proven ability to design and build scalable, high-performance REST APIs
Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, concurrency, and async/await
Experience with background task processing using Celery, RQ, or FastAPI BackgroundTasks
Solid experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and ORMs like SQLAlchemy
Ability to integrate backend systems with AI/ML workflows (OCR, NLP, speech, vision)
Working knowledge of AWS and cloud-based deployments
Experience with Docker and basic CI/CD pipelines
Strong understanding of API security, authentication, and authorization
