Senior Purchase - Even Hospitals

Key Responsibilities

• Manage centralized procurement for all existing and upcoming hospital units.
• Lead sourcing and procurement of medical consumables, biomedical equipment, pharmaceuticals, laboratory supplies, and general hospital requirements.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with vendors, manufacturers, and distributors.
• Negotiate pricing, annual rate contracts, payment terms, and service agreements.
• Conduct vendor evaluations, audits, and performance reviews.
• Prepare Comparative Statements (CS) and procurement analysis reports.
• Drive cost optimization and procurement excellence initiatives.
• Ensure procurement of the right product, from the right vendor, at the right cost and right time.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Finance, Biomedical, Pharmacy, and Facility teams.
• Support procurement planning for new hospital launches and expansion projects.
• Monitor procurement KPIs, budgets, and inventory-related metrics.
  
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 15+ years of hospital procurement experience.
• Mandatory experience handling procurement for multiple hospital units.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare supply chain management.
• Expertise in vendor negotiations, strategic sourcing, and contract management.
• Experience in procurement of medical consumables, biomedical equipment, pharmaceuticals, and hospital infrastructure requirements.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, procurement software, and MIS reporting.
