We are a growing team of 60+ people, working primarily remote, being headquartered in Australia, consisting of teams working across APAC and Europe.

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Sr. Publisher Success Manager to join our Marketplace Success team. This role not only requires meticulous attention managing your day-to-day Publisher Accounts, but also someone who understands the global publisher landscape and can proactively identify opportunities for account upsell and driving incremental revenue for your publishers. As a primary owner for your publisher portfolio, you will be responsible for driving long-term value, technical excellence, and sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven problem solver who anticipates challenges before they arise, scrutinizes yield data for every optimization opportunity, and possesses the technical depth to lead conversations with both publishers and internal operations and product teams.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Take full accountability of a portfolio of premium Publisher accounts, serving as their strategic advisor to ensure iion is their most valued monetization partner
  • Oversee the seamless onboarding of new publishers, and ensure technical setups are optimized for maximum revenue from day one
  • Perform deep-dive daily analysis into yield performance. You won't just report data; you will interpret it to proactively suggest floor price adjustments, demand partner inclusions, and inventory packaging strategies.
  • You should be technical enough to get under the hood to identify/debug technical issues (tags, wrappers, demand latency) to maintain peak performance
  • Identify untapped opportunities within your portfolio to deploy new iion products, formats (Video, Reward, Display), and header bidding configurations that drive incremental revenue
  • Continuously challenge and improve internal workflows. We want you to bring your 5+ years of experience to the table to refine how we manage the marketplace.
  • Work collaboratively with the broader Marketplace, Sales, Operations, and Product teams to ensure the voice of the publisher leads to product improvements

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing top-tier publishers in a Publisher Success, Publisher Account Management, or Publisher Yield roles
  • A proven track record of client-facing experience managing and growing global accounts, building strong customer relationships, and driving account performance within a SaaS organization.
  • Expert-level understanding of the Publisher ecosystem integrations; including SDK, Header Bidding (Prebid), GAM360, Video/CTV with a strong understanding of Open RTB standards
  • Possess excellent Data Management and analytical skills. You can expertly navigate Excel and Google sheets (using X-V-LookUp, Pivot tables) and Analytics data with ease to extract actionable insights
  • Ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear, strategic business value for non-technical publisher stakeholders
  • An independent thinker and self-starter, with a pro-active approach to problem solving. You don't wait for instructions when you identify a problem, to fix it
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively, work independently, and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong spelling and grammar, are essential requirements for this role
  • Ambitious with strong values of collaboration, agility, and willingness to challenge the status quo

*This is a fully remote opportunity. We are looking to hire someone ideally based in either New Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore.
