Senior Publisher Manager

Salary - Upto 5 LPA

Responsibilities -

• Identify and reach out to potential publishers across various verticals.
• Qualify leads and onboard new publishers to the company's ad network.
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth integration (tags, SDKs, APIs).
• Conduct product walkthroughs and educate publishers about platform capabilities.
• Ensure publisher accounts are set up correctly and optimized for performance.
• Maintain onboarding documentation, processes, and reporting.
• Build strong relationships with publishers during the onboarding phase for long-term retention.

Requirements:

• 1 years of experience in publisher acquisition, affiliate onboarding, or ad operations (preferred).
• Strong understanding of digital advertising models (CPM, CPC, CPL, CPS, programmatic, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working with tracking platforms, dashboards, and ad tags.
• Self-starter with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
• Prior experience in an Ad Network, DSP, or SSP is a plus.
