As Senior PR Executive at Elite Marque you will be working on all execution, build a talented

account team, client servicing, media relations, securing impactful opportunities for clients, client communications and ensuring campaigns deliver measurable business impact. You will also bring strategic thinking and crisis management skills while fostering growth for both clients and your team.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Client Leadership

  • Execution of integrated PR strategies aligned with client objectives, brand positioning and market trends
  • Act as a trusted senior counsel to clients providing proactive ideas and actionable insights
  • Anticipate market shifts, industry trends and potential risks to adapt strategies quickly
  • Facilitate senior level client interactions ensuring strong relationships and long term partnerships

Campaign Execution and Quality Oversight

  • Execute daily account operations ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and with measurable impact
  • Review and approve all major client deliverables including press releases, media advisories, thought leadership articles, Q&As, holding statements, speeches and social copy
  • Coordinate press events, media briefings, launches and panel discussions to maximise exposure
  • Ensure all campaigns have clear measurement frameworks and deliver against KPIs

Media and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Maintain and grow strong media relationships across national, regional and industry specific outlets
  • Identify and connect with key influencers, analysts and sector leaders to amplify brand narratives
  • Craft compelling media ready stories that drive high impact coverage
  • Manage crisis communications from strategy development to real time response

Business Development and Agency Growth

  • Participate in new business pitches including idea generation, proposal development and presentations
  • Contribute to case studies, award submissions and marketing campaigns for the agency
  • Spot and develop organic growth opportunities within existing account

Team Development and Leadership

  • Mentor and coach junior team members ensuring skills development and high quality ouput
  • Track their progress, leadership skills, hiring and building your department.
  • Encourage insight led, data backed thinking across teams
  • Delegate effectively maintaining accountability and ensuring clarity of expectations
  • Foster a positive high performance culture that values collaboration and ownership
