Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Psychologist to support evaluation, supervision, and pipeline building for our corporate counselling (EAP) initiatives. This is a fully remote, part-time role requiring limited but high-impact involvement.
The role combines clinical oversight + strategic contribution, where you will guide junior therapists, ensure quality of services, and support the expansion of corporate mental health programs.
Key Responsibilities1. Clinical Evaluation & Supervision• Review and guide therapy cases handled by junior psychologists
• Ensure quality, ethics, and consistency in counselling services
• Provide supervision and feedback to therapists
• Help in structuring therapy frameworks and protocols
2. Corporate (EAP) Support• Assist in designing Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)
• Help create mental health offerings for corporates
• Provide inputs for workshops, webinars, and sessions
3. Pipeline Building & Business Support• Support in identifying and building corporate opportunities
• Assist in client conversations where psychological expertise is required
• Contribute to closing EAP clients (alongside sales team)
Role Structure• Fully Remote
• Part-Time / Flexible Hours
• Involvement based on requirement (few hours per week)
Compensation• Fixed: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• Additional: High-performance incentives
• Attractive commissions for contribution in closing EAP clients
Ideal Candidate Profile• Master's degree in Psychology (Clinical/Counselling preferred)
• 3+ years of counselling experience
• Experience in supervision or team guidance is a plus
• Exposure to corporate counselling/EAP is highly preferred
• Strong communication and professional presence
