Techolution is looking for a Senior Proposal Specialist who can translate complex AI, cloud, and business transformation conversations into clear, compelling, ROI-driven proposals that win enterprise deals.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, delivery, finance, and leadership. You will own the end-to-end proposal lifecyclefrom discovery synthesis and solution framing to pricing, ROI articulation, and executive-ready storytelling.

You are not just responding to RFPs. You are helping shape how Techolution positions value, risk, and outcomes for CIOs, CFOs, and business leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Own proposal and RFP responses end-to-end, including proposals, SOWs, and commercial documentation.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to understand client objectives, scope, assumptions, and constraints.
• Translate solution discussions into clear scope, delivery approach, timelines, and pricing inputs.
• Work with finance and delivery leaders to validate estimates, assumptions, and margins.
• Ensure proposals clearly articulate value, outcomes, and business impact for enterprise clients.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and exclusions upfront and document them clearly.
• Manage multiple proposals in parallel while meeting tight deadlines.
• Maintain and improve reusable proposal assets, templates, and case studies.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 1+ years of experience in proposal management, presales, or bid management within IT services, consulting, or digital transformation organizations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise delivery models for AI, GenAI, cloud, application development, or modernization programs.
• Proven experience working on complex, multi-stakeholder proposals and RFPs.
• Ability to translate ambiguous inputs into structured, executable proposals.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to write clearly for executive-level audiences.
• Experience working with US or global enterprise clients preferred.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to AI / GenAI, automation, cloud platforms, or data engineering engagements.
• Experience collaborating with finance teams on pricing and margin validation.
• Familiarity with consulting-led or outcome-based engagement models.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
