Key duties
This position will be responsible to provide timely and proper technical service support for individual projects and activities for all our customers throughout India and Southeast Asia region. The role will be based in Mumbai, India and will actively supervise installations, commissioning and start-ups of projects.
- Project Site Service - Manage the whole project cycle from equipment mobilization, installation, commissioning and start-up processes while ensuring alignment with project milestones, plans and technical requirements
- Project Reporting - Ensure precise and timely documentation of project status for customers and suppliers, including claim management and reporting, as well as the preparation and submission of time sheets and related reports
- Customer Relationship Management - Strengthen client relationships through regular visits, tailored solutions, and comprehensive risk assessments
Key requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, or relevant qualification
- Minimum 15 years experience with proven track record in project management specifically for complex installations
- Experience working for MNC or in manufacturing/processing plant is an added advantage
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust project management, planning and leadership skills with experience in leading a team
- Excellent proficiency in written and verbal English
- Goal-oriented, dynamic with high sense of responsibility
- IT-savvy and proficient in MS Office applications
- Readiness to travel frequently locally and internationally
- Willing to be stationed at site for long duration within India, or SEA region
- Only candidates based in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai or Thane will be considered for the role
