- Required Skills (Must Have and should meet all the below standards for qualifying to this role)
- 10+ years of project management experience in comparable industries:
- Experience in managing IT Infra projects
- Experience in end-to-end project management of complex projects spanning for more than a year
- Handled tracks/ workstreams/ projects independently as part of large programs/ portfolios
- Managed the project from start to completion including the resolution of escalated project issues
- Creation of a project schedule and plan with financial, resource and material requirements
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability to work during weekends if required (for maintenance/ migration activities, handling escalations etc.)
- Desired Skills (Good to have as value add to this role)
- Agile project management
- Telcom/ Service Provider Infrastructure experience is preferred
- Technical knowledge on Cisco hardware and software
- Experience in contract Change Management process
- Experience in managing Partner delivery and commercials when 3rd party technical delivery resources are engaged
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Project, Jira / Rally
- Education &/ Additional Certification's
- Certifications: PMP Preferred (not mandatory), CSM Preferred (not mandatory)
- Education: College/University degree or equivalen
