Manager based in Singapore to lead Financial Services infrastructure programmes across Asia-Pacific.
Role summary:
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing large and complex technical projects across multiple
workstreams, leveraging project management best practices to drive continuous improvement and consistently
deliver high-quality outcomes. Operating with significant latitude and independent judgment, the Senior PM weighs
the interests of multiple stakeholders, acts with the highest professionalism, and serves as a trusted advisor to clients

Key responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple concurrent projects, defining interdependencies
- Manage client interaction and expectations across multiple Financial Services engagements and build strong,
- Implement engagement review and quality assurance procedures in line with WWT methodology to ensure
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans; minimise
- Manage and analyse profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilisation across projects; explain variances with
- Own resource planning across the portfolio, anticipating capacity conflicts and aligning staffing to delivery priorities
- Review high-level deliverables and design stakeholder-tiered communications, from delivery team status through
- Support the presales process, service scoping and customer relationship building.
- Coach and develop Project Managers and Project Coordinators on your engagements, delegating intentionally and

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or a related field.
- 10+ years of project management experience with an active PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
- Prior work experience with multinational customers in Financial Services.
- Experience delivering projects or programmes with total value of US$200K - US$500K or above.
- Prior networking, data centre transformation and data centre refresh project management experience strongly
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across a diverse OEM landscape on the same project or
- Delivery experience in network infrastructure and data centre hardware and software covering OEMs such as
- Proven success managing budgeted project P&L, including changes in cost and revenue, with the ability to
- Working knowledge of both the theoretical and practical aspects of project management.
- Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management and change management.
- Proficiency with project management tooling such as Clarity, Microsoft Project, Excel and Smartsheet.
- Prior experience with a large system integrator is an added advantage (not mandatory).
- Fluency in one or more regional languages is highly desirable given Asia-Pacific portfolio coverage (not

- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of project management, with the ability to coach others and adapt
- High financial acumen across forecasting, profitability analysis, variance explanation and corrective action.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills in a matrix environment.
- Excellent documentation, written, verbal and presentation communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capability with a solutions-first approach under pressure.
- Passion to deliver on project objectives and make the customer successful.
- Willingness to roll up sleeves to get things done, and proactive initiative to implement improvements that contribute
- Ability to work independently and track aggressively to project timelines.
