Nair Systems is currently looking for Senior Project Manager for our UAE operations.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience: (8–10+ years)
- Extensive project management experience in financial services, regulatory environments, or national‑scale transformation programmes.
- Strong PMO governance capability with proven delivery of complex, multi‑stakeholder programmes.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills (executive‑level storytelling, deck structuring, visual clarity).
- Strong MS Excel capability (tracking models, readiness dashboards, risk logs, dependency mapping).
- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders, steering committees, and regulatory bodies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead junior PMs and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Governance & Delivery Management
- Maintain core PMO artefacts (charter, governance model, RACI, plans, registers).
- Run programme cadence: steering committees, working groups, decisions, and escalations.
- Track progress, risks, dependencies, and ensure timely sign‑offs.
- Prepare high‑quality PowerPoint decks, decision papers, and structured updates.
Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Coordinate with regulatory, industry, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage structured communication, expectations, and readiness across all parties.
- Present updates clearly and confidently using PPT storytelling and executive‑ready slides.
Onboarding & Readiness
- Oversee business onboarding activities for participating institutions.
- Ensure frameworks, playbooks, and readiness criteria are applied consistently.
- Support training, readiness assessments, and issue resolution.
Cross‑Functional Coordination
- Align business and technical workstreams with the platform provider.
- Support joint activities such as training, onboarding preparation, and limited UAT coordination.
- Ensure clarity of roles, ownership, and dependencies across teams.
Transition to Operations
- Facilitate the setup of operational support functions (L1/L2).
- Ensure structures, resources, and processes are defined for BAU operations.
- Track and manage the transition from programme delivery into steady‑state.
