Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead projects within the US Healthcare Provider Business, specifically focusing on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or Accounts Receivable (AR). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project management and transition management, with the ability to drive operational excellence, manage client relationships, and ensure seamless delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for RCM/AR processes.
• Manage transition of new projects, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations and client-specific requirements.
• Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to project teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in Project Management within the US Healthcare domain (RCM/AR).
• Strong expertise in Transition Management and handling large-scale migrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in US shifts.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 812 years of overall experience, with at least 45 years in a senior project management role.
