Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Senior Manager who can manage strategic transformation programs and work closely with senior leadership and C-level executives. The candidate should have strong project management capabilities, very excellent communication skills & the ability to operate with tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage transformation and strategic initiatives across various teams and geos.
- Work directly with C-level executives and senior leadership to drive program execution.
- Manage complex projects with clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Use advanced Excel skills to analyze data, track progress, and create executive reports.
- Drive initiatives related to AI and Agentic AI transformation within operations and business processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure program success.
- Handle multiple priorities and deliver outcomes under tight deadlines and high-pressure environments.
- Provide structured updates, dashboards, and insights to leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of professional experience in program management, transformation, or consulting roles.
- PMP certification is mandatory.
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification from a reputed institution.
- Extremely Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Very strong communication & presentation skills.
- Solid working knowledge of AI and Agentic AI transformation.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive outcomes.
