Years of Experience: 10+ years
Location: Bengaluru, GS Office ( 5 days onsite )
Domain: Investment Banking / Global Banking & Securities (Mandatory)
Key Project Focus: Back-end integration projects, specifically post-execution processes (middleware to settlement) and infrastructure.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Shapes and leads complex programs, applying insights from diverse projects. Develops and owns project/program work plans.
- Governance & People Management: Ensures quality, standardization, and effective communication across projects/programs. Effective at issue resolution and managing teams.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinates and chairs working group meetings with cross-divisional stakeholders.
- Experience: Significant consulting experience in project/program management within Financial Institutions.
Mandatory Requirements
- Must have Investment Banking domain experience (minimum requirement is global bank/securities experience).
- This is a Project Management role, not a pure Business Analyst role.
- Must have experience with back-end integration projects, with a strong preference for knowledge of post-execution flows (middleware to settlement) and infrastructure.
- Must be available for interviews immediately and for a start date in late March/early April.
