We are looking for a highly capable Sr. Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of our HVAC & MEP projects. The ideal candidate must ensure on-time project delivery, manpower planning, technical coordination, quality control, safety compliance, and client satisfaction across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities- Lead HVAC/MEP project execution from planning to handover
- Manage site manpower, subcontractors & daily execution
- Review drawings, BOQ, load calculations & coordination with civil/ID
- Ensure quality, safety, and zero-wastage installation
- Track project schedule, budget & material consumption
- Handle client/consultant communication & weekly meetings
- Ensure testing, commissioning & documentation completion
- Report daily/weekly progress to Operations/Management team
Requirements- 715 years experience in HVAC/MEP project execution
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (VRV/VRF, Chilled Water), MEPF coordination
- Experience handling large commercial/industrial projects
- Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage manpower effectively & deliver on deadlines
