Job Description
- Lead and manage a regional team of project managers to deliver projects on time, within budget and to quality standards
- Oversee full project lifecycle including planning, execution, contract management and client engagement
- Establish and optimise project execution processes across Southeast Asia
- Interface with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to drive project outcomes
- Manage commercial aspects including variations, claims, procurement and cost control
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality (ISO standards) and contractual requirements
- Travel extensively across the region to oversee project progress and stakeholder relationships
The Successful Applicant
A Successful SPM Should Have
- 15+ years of project management experience in façade, steel fabrication or related construction
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing project teams
- Strong ability to handle demanding stakeholders and navigate complex negotiations
- Deep understanding of construction contracts, project delivery and cost control
- Track record of delivering large-scale, technically complex projects
- Ability to enforce standards, drive accountability and manage performance effectively
- Willingness to travel extensively across Southeast Asia (>50%)
