Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Senior Project Manager. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, ensuring quality and adherence to deliverables, managing logistics, coordinating with vendors and contractors, performing inspections, and streamlining the expediting process. The role also involves maintaining constant communication with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

• Manage commercial interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Manage project budgets, variations, and cost control measures.
• Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to management and clients.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions when required.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Review contractor performance and monitor productivity.
• Oversee project testing, snagging, completion, and handover activities.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, interiors, MEP coordination, and finishing works.
• Experience managing multiple contractors and project stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Project Planning software, and AutoCAD drawings review.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
