Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee projects transitioning from Research & Development (R&D) to clinical trials and manufacturing. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing timelines, cross-functional team collaboration, resources, and risk assessments. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing project execution, driving product development, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and aligning project goals with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management skills, including timeline tracking, resource planning, and risk assessment
• Expertise in Research and Development (R&D) and Research, particularly in biotechnology or biomedical fields
• Proficiency in Product Development and transitioning products to clinical trials and manufacturing
• Excellent Analytical Skills for data interpretation, process improvement, and problem-solving
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and effectively collaborate with stakeholders
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements for clinical trials and manufacturing
• Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in project management within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or clinical research industries
