Key Responsibilities:

. Complete project execution from excavation to possession
. Planning, monitoring, and controlling project timelines and deliverables
. Coordination with architects, RCC consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors
. Site supervision, execution monitoring, and quality control
. Budget monitoring, billing verification, and material planning
. Monitoring RCC, finishing, MEP, and overall construction activities
. Coordination with government authorities for approvals and liaison-related activities
. Ensuring compliance with RERA, fire safety, and local authority regulations
. Monitoring safety standards and maintaining site discipline
. Weekly and monthly project reporting to management
. Vendor, contractor, and stakeholder management
. Ability to handle multiple contractors and site teams efficiently
. Ensuring project completion within timelines and budget
. Knowledge and usage of project planning software like MS Project/Primavera preferred
. Handling future projects of the company as assigned

Requirements:

. BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
. 10+years of experience in residential/commercial real estate projects
. Experience in high-rise building projects preferred
. Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, MEP, and project execution
. Ability to independently handle complete project execution
. Strong leadership, communication, and contractor management skills
. Experience with project planning software and billing systems preferred
. Candidates from reputed real estate developers in Ahmedabad/Gujarat will be preferred
