Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic projects across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects while ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management from planning to execution and delivery.
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Business, and Operations.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, time, and quality standards.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates.
- Drive process improvements and enhance project management best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in a tech or product-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Asana, or similar tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in technology, fintech, or product-based organizations.
- Exposure to software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent will be an advantage.
