Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end project execution across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, stakeholder management, and risk management skills. PMP certification is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop detailed project plans and track progress against milestones.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless execution.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates to leadership.
- Monitor performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Ensure documentation, compliance, and governance standards are maintained.
- Drive process improvements and best practices in project management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 5-10 years of proven project management experience.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing cross-functional and multi-location teams.
- Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking.
