We're Hiring: Senior Project Manager / Program Manager

Location: Greater Noida | Hyderabad | Pune

Work Mode: WFO (5 Days)

Experience: 10+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Program Manager to lead large-scale IT delivery and integration programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project/program management, stakeholder engagement, governance, financial management, and leading distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project and program delivery.
• Manage customer stakeholders, governance, and executive reviews.
• Drive program financials including revenue, margins, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Manage risks, dependencies, escalations, and delivery excellence.
• Lead geographically distributed teams and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure successful delivery across scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
